Do not use if you are also taking lansoprazole (Nexium) or pantoprazole (AcipHex). Liver problems have not been studied while taking esomeprazole. If you experience any symptoms of liver failure such as tiredness, loss of appetite, persistent vomiting, large or low blood pressure, yellowing of the skin or eyes, kidney problems, or ketosis, please stop taking esomeprazole and contact a doctor immediately.
